Also, is there any way to make it so I can put the pieces of the demolished house into a large wood chipper of some sort? it says the pieces are wood and recognized as a log or part of a birch tree but they won't feed into a wood chipper. Sorry for the questions but I would like to figure it out. Thanks.

Is there another mod required to demo the neighborhood? I have tried everything to take them down.
